Delete your account

You can delete your Gusto Raffinato app account whenever you want, directly from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent.
From the app
- Open the Gusto Raffinato app and go to Profile (Profilo).
- Tap “Delete account” (“Elimina account”).
- Confirm that you want to delete it.
- For security we ask you to confirm your sign-in, with Apple, with Google or with your password, depending on how you signed in.
The account is deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
- Upcoming reservations are cancelled, and the venue is informed.
- Your name, notes and consent to receive communications from the venue are removed from past reservations.
- Loyalty cards, stamps and Apple Wallet passes linked to the account.
- “I'd like it too” requests.
- Notification tokens.
- Your profile and your sign-in account.
- If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Sign in with Apple authorisation.
Preferences and favourite venues are stored only on your phone: they disappear when you uninstall the app.
What remains
- The venue keeps only the party size and when (day and time) of past reservations, in anonymous form, for its floor statistics.
- Documents the restaurant must keep by law (for example accounting records) belong to the restaurant, which keeps them for the required period.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from your account's email address, with the subject “Elimina account”. No other personal data is needed. To make sure it is you, we may ask you to reply from the same address.
We delete the account as described above and reply at the latest within 30 days, the maximum time allowed by law (Art. 12 GDPR).
Restaurant staff (GR Sala app)
In GR Sala there is no personal account to create: staff profiles (name and PIN) are created and removed by the restaurant manager, from the iPad, in the Staff section (“Personale”). To be removed, ask your manager, or write to us at [email protected].
